File README.SUSE of Package upterm
How to configure uptermd -------------------------- All cmdline configuration is done via: ``` systemctl edit uptermd.service ``` You have 2 things you might want to configure: 1. commandline options. For this you have to first unset the default cmdline and then set your own. ``` [Service] ExecStart= # default is 0.0.0.0:2222 ExecStart=/usr/bin/uptermd --ssh-addr 0.0.0.0:2234 ``` 2. IP Access By default the service only allows connections from localhost. To allow all hosts you would set in the `[Service]` section: ``` IPAddressAllow=any ``` But you can filter who can use your service with more details. See https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/systemd.resource-control.html#IPAddressAllow=ADDRESS%5B/PREFIXLENGTH%5D%E2%80%A6 A complete section would look like this: ``` [Service] ExecStart= ExecStart=/usr/bin/uptermd --ssh-addr 0.0.0.0:2234 IPAddressAllow=any ```
