In order to run cvstrac, call 

rccvstrac start

and follow the instructions.

When started, open you browser and go to 
http://localhost:8080 (or the port you set in /etc/sysconfig/cvstrac)

Setup you cvstrac with the following account:
username: setup
password: setup
