Subject: [PATCH] tmpfiles: follow SUSE policies
This patch includes the 2 following commits:
4761184ee7 Fix /run/lock group to follow openSUSE policy
c9dcdaeef0 SUSE policy: do not clean /tmp by default.
It also drops the entries importing files from /usr/share/factory
(bsc#1170146).
This effectively fixes:
[fbui: fixes bnc#733523]
[rmax: fixes fate#314974]
[fbui: fixes bsc#1170146]
