  * Radio menu: if there are *no* hardware specific settings, do not show
    the last three columns.
  * Added manual multi-notch filter (Filter menu)
  * MIDI menu: take care "wheel" parameters are displayed when first turning
    a wheel
  * MultiNotch: shift active notches upon a CTUN-to-noCTUN transition as to
    keep the QRM notched out.
  * MultiNotch: corrected CTUN/noCTUN transition for possible RIT offset.
  * Included RX AF volume in the RX/TX profile.

  * Allow changing "fixed" filters via hand-editing the props file
  * Added "Add Mic Sample" option in the TX menu (HPSDR radios only), this
    support use of logbook programs with voice keyer functions
