- Update to version 0.9.4:
  + Indic improvements with old-spec Malayalam.
  + Better fallback glyph positioning, specially with Thai / Lao
    marks.
  + Implement dotted-circle insertion.
  + Better Arabic fallback shaping / ligation.
  + Added ICU LayoutEngine backend for testing.
  + Misc fixes.
- Add pkgconfig(icu-le) BuildRequires: needed for the new ICU
  LayoutEngine backend.
