- Update to ladish-0.3-150-g27e38d3f with some build fixes
- Fix /usr/libexec changes
- Drop ladish.compile2.patch not needed
- Drop pylash - don't feel like porting it to python3 atm.
- Add ladish-python3.patch to build with python3
- Bundle newer version of waf that works with python

- Only suggest laditools, its no longer maintained and shouldn't
  be needed when the package is used with Cadence.

- Disable gui parts, they use long depreciated gnome libs I recommend
  using cadence as a gui front end instead.
- Run spec-cleaner
