- Change require nodejs from 10 to >= 14
- Add --ignore-scripts to post section
- Add iob and iobroker from "npm install iobroker.js-controller", 
  because with --ignore-scripts this files will not be install 
  and without --ignore-scripts directory node_modules will be delete.
