- Search patterns are now MIME-aware.
- Search patterns are now specified in the UTF-8 codeset,
and will get transcoded to the mail's character set,
as indicated by the MIME headers.

- splitted out librfc822 and librfc2045 into their own subpackages,
including respective -devel packages

* changes the effective group ID of processes started by
maildrop, on some configurations, to maildrop's effective group
ID rather than maildrop's parent process' effective group ID;
this eliminates a potential privilege escalation if maildrop
was invoked by a process with a more privileged effective group
