- Initial packaging with version 4.0.0-rc-4
- Added patches:
  * 0001-Adapt-mvn-script.patch
    + adapt the launcher script to our layout
  * 0002-Invoke-logback-via-reflection.patch
    + do not depend directly on logback (avoids build cycles)
