- Tweak spec to align more with openSUSE standards.
- Export fno-strict-aliasing to CFLAGS, quiet a gcc warning.
- Drop flac-devel BuildRequires, not needed.
- Replace libsndfile-devel with pkgconfig(sndfile) BuildRequires
and version it, following what configure looks for.
