- update to 3.2.8:
  + dynamically choose between Monitoring::Plugin and Nagios::Plugin
  + fixed the kernel version check (works with version 4)
  + using Monitoring::Plugin instead of the deprecated
    Monitoring::Plugin
  + fixed a security bug when creating the temporary file
    (CVE-2014-8994)
  + empty temporary files are re-written
  + fixed a minor issue in the option parsing and output
- use new (download) URL
