- Update to version 2.0.0.1
  * support outlook365 with OAuth 2.0 client credentials flow.
  * check imap capabilities first, don't try to sort by default.
  * reduce debugging output, better handling of utf8 wide
    characters.

  + filter attachments by file extension
  + fix utf-encoded subjects
  + delegate some selects to the imap-server
