- cleanup sources
  unmodified source is now check_multipath-1.12
  - old patch check_multipath.patch dropped and replaced by
  - added patch check_multipath-typo.patch
    fixing a typo in the upstream script during error handling
  - added patch check_multipath-perfdata.patch
    to output some performance data

- new upstream URL
- add patch check_multipath.patch, which adds some perfdata to 
  the output (total_paths and failed_paths)
- add sudoers file, as the check script needs root permission to 
  run the command '/sbin/multipath -l' (on 13.2 and newer)
- add nrpe snipplet
