- update to version 1.3:
  + Added '-T' or '--Tag' option to report only problems for 
    machines that have the mentioned tag assigned. The Tag is a 
    string that could be copied directly from the tag list 
    inside Racktables.

- update to version 1.2:
  + better handling of empty comment fields in Racktables
  + enable HTML output and create links for hostname and id in 
    check output to allow the user to jump directly to the object
    in Racktables via link (needs RACKTABLES_URL in config)
