- Update to version 4.3.2.3:
* improve Liebert uptime text with revision/model, make an
existing, but empty APC Powernet fall back to UPS-MIB
* fix undef messages because a "PowerNet SNMP Agent SW v2.2
compatible" is missing some OIDs.
* add active check for liebert output source instead of
condition.
* fix autoconf version.
* update liebert flexible, discover another temperature.
* fix liebert flexible temperatures, add cabinet temperature,
respect warnings/criticalx.
* fix thresholds for XUPS without internal upper/lower oids.
* fix external thresholds for Liebert Flex temperatures.

which have no builtn thresholds.
