When deployed to an LPAR, it shows the load of all LPARs that are visible from that specific LPAR. If deployed on z/VM, it displays the load of the respective z/VM Guests. In addition to the respective load of individual machines, it also displays the total of the load of all involved machines. By default, the load of all machines is displayed. If desired, the output can be limited to certain machines: check_zcpuload.sh -m LPAR1 -m LPAR2 check_zcpuload.sh -m GUEST1 -m GUEST2 -m GUEST3 The resulting values are percentages of one CPU. This means, a total of 500 would mean 5x 100% of one CPU. %prep # %build # %install install -D -m755 %{SOURCE0} %buildroot/%{nagios_plugindir}/check_zcpuload.sh %files %defattr(-,root,root) # avoid build dependecy of nagios - own the dirs %dir %{nagios_libdir} %dir %{nagios_plugindir} %{nagios_plugindir}/check_zcpuload.sh %changelog
