- Update to v6.0 SP5

- Renamed + rewrote .spec
  - seperated log + config from datadir
  - moved datadir out of htdocs
  - removed files not intended for shipping
  - restricted file permissions
- Created .changes
- Added .logrotate configuration
- Added apache2 configuration
- Added rpmlintrc filter for "lang" files
- Added patch: pandorafms_console-dis_update_manager.patch
  - disables the integrated update manager
- Added patch: pandorafms_console-dis_install_checks.patch
  - disables the rw check on include/ and overwrite warning on
    existing config.php, even when size is 0 bytes
