- Update to version 1.0:
  * c loaders/dumpers
  * preserve contextual error when patching the loader (#18)
  * Support the new FullLoader in PyYAML v5.1+ (#16)
  * add merge test
  * include license file in sdist for conda peeps. no change for bdist
  * test on 4.2b4
- Refactor: use service, split out tests
