- Afer a long sleep.. alot of improvements and fix.

- A disabled but existent systemd unit specially *.service is not listed 
- in systemctl list-units --all, so a work around was created to process
- those units.

- Pausing after processing unit(s) so user has an option to view status of
- the unit(s) in question.
