- Update to version 2.1.0+git.0.58d92bf:
  * Bump version number, and add version number indicator to UI
  * Basic save/load function from presets/programs (#7)
  * Remove old CryptPlugin.cpp file (leftover from v1)
  * Add Github sponsor link to README
  * V2 upgrade. This is almost a complete rewrite
  * Update README to tell users about v2
  * Add note on Mac universal build to README
  * Update github paths to match new username
  * Remove the JUCE splash screen
