* New permissions in hfaxd to allow for more admin control on who can

* Better faxq/notify integration
* Numerous fax modem/protocol fixes and enhancements
In addition, the aging support for the unused "old protocol" has been
removed.

- Use `bash -f' (noglob option) instead of plain bash
- Make xferfaxstats secure as done for the other scripts
- Within scripts use for EXIT a own trap for not changing
exit status in a false matter.
- Remove temporary directory in faxcron script
even if terminated within option handling.
- Force usage not only linkage of system libz
- Set GCOPTS and GCXXOPTS in specs to be able to use $RPM_OPT_FLAGS
- Say YES to configure :-)
