Donwstream changes:
    - virCondDestroy still marked with ATTRIBUTE_RETURN_CHECK
    - qemuDomainWaitForDeviceRemoval and qemuProcessHandleDeviceDeleted
      have to deal with the qemu driver lock, which does not exist
      upstream anymore
    - old spelling of virQEMUDriverPtr and virQEMUCaps*
    - virQEMUDriverConfigPtr was not separated from struct qemu_driver
    - no nvram device
