- Update to 5.1.0-b2
- Added missing BuildRequires
- Added PATCH-FIX-OPENSUSE-cmake.patch:
  * Fixes building with system libraries, but still builds against
    stepmania own patched lua 5.1 version. 
  * Fixes version number (UNKNOWN to 5.1.0-b2)
  * Fixes datadir for stepmania
- Build without video support, because stepmania needs an old
  ffmpeg release (ffmpeg-2.1.3).

- Added BuildRequires: glu-devel as it's not a BuildRequirement
  for Mesa-devel anymore for openSUSE > 12.2

- add gcc 4.6 and 4.7 patches
- passed the spec file through spec cleaner
- added LIBS value to be able to compile for gcc 4.7
