- Update to version 2.0:
  * After testing dozens of images, I declare this to be v2.0! And update readme
  * Streamline logic around sector size sanity check
  * Try to recognise UDF ISO images
  * Mention cdi images in readme
  * Warn user this may not be the right tool to extract CDI images
  * Improved pregap autodetection
  * Cleanly ignore a few more possible CUE lines
  * Ignore empty lines in cuefiles, and CR+LF linebreaks count as empty
  * String optimisation
  * strtol can just take a null for the second parameter
