update tamago version that is available anthy.

changed from openSUSE 11.0 tamago.spec(from tamago-4.0.6_20011017cvs-799.1.src.rpm).

1. updated newer tamago source
  Got tamago tarball from cvs source on Sep 18, 2008.
  suggested from Changelog, lastupdate date was Aug 25, 2008.

  newer tamago package version is 4.0.6_20020825.

2. Canna related patch, source is removed
  most recent tamago seems that not require those files in
  tamago-4.0.6_20011017cvs-799.1
