Subject: Allow Canon R6 Mark II with libraw 0.21

Commit 5070a88833a6 ("imageio_libraw: add Canon EOS R6m2, R8, R50, R100
support") adds support for Canon R6 Mark II only with libraw >= 0.22.
Remove this check to allow the private build to support this model with
patched libraw 0.21.
