- Update to version 3.1:
  * check t3hd sensors of Vertiv V5 devices.
  * workaround for 7.1.4 firmware of APC/Schneider ATS
    atsStatusVoltageOutStatus, version 3.0.2.2.
  * fix autoconf version.
  * bugfix in PDU2 perfdata. temp and hum may have the same
    sensor name, now it's prefixed.

  * restructured the plugin to make it more suitable and robust
    when used in an embedded perl worker.
