  * Deprecation of the Clang Easyblock in favor of the LLVM one for newer versions (>=18.1.6) of LLVM.
  * Changes to the LLVM easyblock, such as not installing `libomp` aliases by default and various fixes for custom LLVM builds.
  * Increased the default maximum number of failed PyTorch tests to 10.
  * The `buildenv` easyblock now uses `python3` as the default path to the Python executable in RPATH wrapper scripts.
  * Limiting parallelism of OpenBLAS tests with the parallel property.
- Use github archives instead of pypi
- Remove bootstrap_eb.py as it is not needed for the package
- Fix shebangs in scripts

- Use noun phrase in summaries. Trim filler wording from
  descriptions. Trim old specfile constructs.

- Initial commit of eaysbuild which enables the build of scientific
  software with different compilers and MPI libraries referred as 
  toolchains.
  Important configuration changes for this package is that, the system
  tools binutils,Bison,M4,flex,Perl,Autoconf,Automake,Autotools are 
  used from the system and not compiled.
  Also for tumbleweed gcc-7 as base compiler is enforced.
