- drop dpkg runtime dependency, 'ar -x' can unpack deb, no need
for dpkg which is too heavy
- rework the script:
* versioned TMP_DIR which is easy to clean
* don't uninstall old version in the script, which is dangerous
and should be handled by RPM.
* fix documentation directory to /usr/share/doc/packages
* add more postinstall procedures
* fix some false claims
* rewrite with bash functions, now it will retry download for 3 times
