- Update to commit 8e3c38f in branch rp2040 from January 20, 2023.
- Use included jimtcl to resolve error in mem_helper.tcl:
    wrong # args: should be "expr expression" .
- Remove obsolete info macros (boo#1152105).

  foundation.
