%define _tmppath %{_topdir}/tmp %define name nethogs %define release 1 %define version 0.7.0 %define buildroot %{_tmppath}/%{name}-root Summary: NetHogs is a small 'net top' tool. Group: Productivity/Networking/Diagnostic Prefix: /usr Name: %{name} Version: %{version} #Provides: %{name} Release: %{release} License: GPL Source: %{name}-%{version}.tar.bz2 URL: http://nethogs.sf.net Requires: libpcap1 libncurses5 BuildRequires: libpcap-devel ncurses-devel compiz-devel ExclusiveArch: i386 i586 x86_64 BuildRoot: %{buildroot} %description NetHogs is a small 'net top' tool. Instead of breaking the traffic down per protocol or per subnet, like most tools do, it groups bandwidth by process. NetHogs does not rely on a special kernel module to be loaded. If there's suddenly a lot of network traffic, you can fire up NetHogs and immediately see which PID is causing this. This makes it easy to indentify programs that have gone wild and are suddenly taking up your bandwidth. Since NetHogs heavily relies on /proc, it currently runs on Linux only. %prep %setup -n %{name} %build make %install rm -rf %{buildroot} #echo ELBUILDROOT_ES:%{buildroot} make install DESTDIR=%{buildroot}/usr %clean rm -rf %{buildroot} %files %defattr(-,root,root,-) %dir "/usr/" %dir "/usr/share/" %dir "/usr/share/man/" %dir "/usr/share/man/man8/" "/usr/share/man/man8/nethogs.8.gz" %dir "/usr/sbin/" "/usr/sbin/nethogs" %dir "/usr/share/doc/packages" %dir "/usr/share/doc/packages/nethogs" "/usr/share/doc/packages/nethogs/INSTALL" "/usr/share/doc/packages/nethogs/Changelog" "/usr/share/doc/packages/nethogs/README" "/usr/share/doc/packages/nethogs/README.decpcap.txt" %changelog * Tue Sep 14 2010 rcornet@gmail.com -Initial rpm packaging
