-upgrade to 2.1.9
-drop ggobi-2.1.8.patch: upstreamed
-add ggobi-graphviz.patch: fix graphviz function names
-add ggobi-64bit.patch: fix 64bit-portability issues
-add ggobi-plugin-dir.patch: move plugins from /usr/share to libdir
-fix license 
-remove plugin .la files
