- Update to version 1.4:
  * This is a complete new version of G4TENDL, now it comes mainly
    from TENDL-2019 (previous one from TENDL-2014).
  * Isotopes not coming from TENDL-2019:
    - Files in ENDF/B-VIII.0
    - The 5 isotopes in the JENDL/DEU-2020 data library, for
      incident deuterons on Li-6, Li-7, Be-9, C-12 and C-13
    - p+C-13, which is based on TENDL-2014, because ENDF/B-VII.1
      proton file (adopted by TENDL-2019) only provides radiative
      capture final state.
  * File corresponding to p+Be9, coming from ENDF/B-VIII.0 has been
    modified "by hand" due to a G4Exception in Geant4
  * Update README files in Proton, Deuteron, Triton, He3 and Alpha
    directories
- BuildRequires: geant4-rpm-macros instead of geant4-devel.
