- created nvidia-driver-G06-kmp-meta to require proprietary driver
  and appropriate nvidia-userspace-meta-G06 package so everything
  needed gets selected even when --no-recommends is being used
  (bsc#1244042)
- renamed json-to-pci-id-list-open.py to json-to-pci-id-list.py
  since this is now also being used for generating Supplements
  for the proprietary driver meta package (see above)

- created new meta package nvidia-open-driver-G06-signed-kmp-meta;
  moved hardware PCI ID Supplements from
  nvidia-open-driver-G06-signed-kmp to this package and let the
  meta package require the nvidia-open-driver-G06-signed-kmp with
  the version in sync (boo#1246010)

- added subpackage nvidia-drivers-insync-latest (bsc#1244042)
  * Meta package to select proprietary/open nvidia drivers in sync.
    This is needed when using --no-recommends for installation and
    will select a driver version, which is available as proprietary
    and open driver.
  * by now requires: nvidia-userspace-meta-G06 = 570.144
