File README.SUSE of Package pmount

The permission to execute pmount is restricted to members of the system group
"plugdev". Please add all "desktop" users who shall be able to use pmount to
this group either through YaST or by executing:

usermod -a -G plugdev <user>

(The above command has to be executed as root. Replace <user> with the actual
name of the user.)
