- Fix build of examples, add
  0001-Fix-trlan77-prototype-declaration-in-simplec-example.patch
- Fix occasional MPI check failures on PPC OBS workers, some use
  hwthreads (SMT) for parallelism only.

  _multibuild.

- Fix GCC Fortran >= 10 build by allowing polymorphic arguments in
  MPI_Allreduce send/recv buffers (-fallow-argument-mismatch).
- Remove duplicate documentation
