- Add qt5-custom-fx-compiler.patch
- Add qt5-fix-building-on-tumbleweed.patch
- Add qt-5.12.12-fix-building-with-gcc12.patch
- Rename package name in spec file to fix rpmlint issue
- Rename mingw64-qmldevtools package to mingw64-cross-libqt5-qtdeclarative-tools
  to match behavior; the old package is still present to not break depending
  packages
