- "asn1Parser" binary from libtasn1-tools is needed to generate
  some functions from ASN.1 definitions.
  Readd build requires: libtasn1-tools

- Use meson instead of autotools
- Drop patch:
  * p11-kit-0.20.1-shlext.patch (not longer needed)
- Introduce -lang subpackage
