This package is part of the sipXecs Enterprise Unified Communications Solution (IP PBX) from SIPfoundry
(http://www.sipfoundry.org). Install the toplevel RPM called 'sipxecs' to install the entire system.
After installation run the script 'sipxecs-setup' to initialize.

The sipXmediaLib includes all of the audio processing used in the
sipXecs components that rely on sipXvxml (and not yet FreeSWITCH). For example, the library contains
audio bridges, audio splitters, echo supression, tone generation
(e.g. DTMF), streaming support, RTCP, G711 codecs, etc.
