%{!?python_sitearch: %define python_sitearch %(%{__python} -c "from distutils.sysconfig import get_python_lib; print get_python_lib(1)")} %define snapshot 20070615cvs Summary: Python wrapper module around the UCL Common Code Library Name: python-ucl-common Version: 1.2 Release: 1.%{snapshot}%{?dist} License: BSD like and AGTPL Group: Development/Libraries URL: http://fl-cvs.mcs.anl.gov/viewcvs/viewcvs.cgi/common/ Source: common-%{snapshot}.tar.bz2 BuildRoot: %{_tmppath}/%{name}-%{version}-%{release}-buildroot BuildRequires: python-devel gcc-c++ BuildRequires: swig %description Routines common to a number of multimedia tools. The library originates from work on the RAT project: these are portions that are not directly related to an audio tool and potentially useful elsewhere like the bundled RTP beacon. The beacon is designed to provide multicast connectivity information. This is done by sending at a prescribed interval a short message via RTP (a plain text string as it were). Then the normal RTP statistics communicated via RTCP are used to track the performance of the group. %prep %setup -q -n common-%{snapshot} %build autoconf %configure make cd examples/_common CFLAGS="$RPM_OPT_FLAGS" %{__python} setup.py build %install rm -rf $RPM_BUILD_ROOT cd examples/_common %{__python} setup.py install -O1 --skip-build --root $RPM_BUILD_ROOT rm -f $RPM_BUILD_ROOT%{_bindir}/Win32BeaconService.py rm -f $RPM_BUILD_ROOT%{_bindir}/beacon-install.py rm -f $RPM_BUILD_ROOT%{_bindir}/beacon.ini %clean rm -rf $RPM_BUILD_ROOT %files %defattr(-,root,root,-) %{_bindir}/rtpbeacon.py %{python_sitearch}/common %if 0%{?fedora} >= 9 %{python_sitearch}/common-%{version}-py*.egg-info %else %exclude %{_bindir}/rtpbeacon.pyc %exclude %{_bindir}/rtpbeacon.pyo %endif
