- update to 3.13.7
* support for PostgreSQL databases
* support for MMDB style GeoIP databases
* new feature WebQuery that allows user to access to query system
using http(s) and json
* TeamSpeak Client 3.3.0 or later is needed to connection
* embedded default license is valid until the 1st of July 2027
