File config-files-warning.txt of Package janus-gateway

If you are upgrading from a version of Janus Gateway prior to 0.6.0 you may
be using the old INI format for the configuration files at /etc/janus.

If that's the case, please make sure you convert those files to the new
format, based on libconfig.

The tool janus-cnfconv is provided as part of this package to ease the
migration.
