- Update to version 0.2:
  * mce-inject: Add an MCE injection case with the yellow status set
  * simulate a MCE event happened during TDX guest context
  * Fix one error in the test case of uncorrected
  * add new IRQBROADCAST for mce flags
  * Use correct values in injection grammar rule
  * Fix build problems
  * Fix error messages to print line number
  * Check for maximum machine check bank early
  * Add "make install" dependency to manpage too
