- Initial package: Contains modules to add the following ciphers
to GnuPG, that are not included into GPG for licensing, patent,
security or other reasons:
* RSA (do not _import_ into the US: Patented till Sep 20 2000)
* RSAREF (requires RSAREF lib, currently not compiled)
* IDEA (patented by Ascom Systec Ltd. of CH-5506 Maegenwil,
only strictly private use is allowed)
* SKIPJACK (GPL)
* 3DES (Alternative implementation based on SSLeay resp. OpenSSL,
currently not compiled)
