- Install the shared library into the file-system.
- Change build to use ant in order to be able to have this package
  relatively low in the build chain, since it has basically no
  dependency
- Added patch:
  * brotli4j-loadlibrary.patch
    + Do not use a convoluted way of finding the shared library,
      since we know exactly where it is installed
