- Update to v6.0.4
  * Changes of v6.0.3
    + This release introduces (deprecated) APIs that implement some
      of the most common features from the V5.x APIs. This should
      allow version 6.x to substitute for version 5.x until
      dependent libraries can be updated.
    + It also fixes a bug where classpath: URIs were not being
      masked.
  * Changes of v6.0.1
    + This release fixes a bug in 6.0.0 that introduced a
      compile-time dependency on every resolver API implemented by
      XMLResolver, even APIs not actually used by the application.
      This has been resolved by adding adapter classes.
  * Changes of v5.2.3
    + This release fixes bug #156 where the resolver would throw an
      NPE if no class loader is available.
