- The tarball, cpanspec, and patch file were in some weird state on
OBS where it would check out but then locally report as not under
version control? WTF? Anyways, copied files out of directory,
removed them with osc, copied them back, and re-added with osc
and then things started working. Yay!

- Add more ignores to new defines in newer CURL. Upstream
is halted and won't fix these even if there is Pull
request
- Add patch WWW-Curl-contants_fix.patch to fix building
with newer versions of Curl

- Fixed CURLOPT_PRIVATE, it is now a string and can be set/get accordingly.
