- Update _service
- Update to version 1.3.0:
  * Make GUI settings panel compatible with PyQt6 or PyQt5
  * Load libjack.so.0 dynamically at runtime, removing build dep
  * Remove useless -mnocygwin flag
  * Remove dependency on asio headers
