  * i18n gettext internationalization has been added
  * there are new options to go to foreign hosts and accept and
    reject specific domains
  * there are new options to specify the username and password for
    the connections
  * new options to follow FTP links in HTML documents
  * a new option to change the temporary directory
  * a new output directory to save downloaded files
  * an Italian translation has been added
