V2:
* Fix grub2-install --root-directory does not work for /boot/grub2/<arch> on
  separate btrfs subvolume (boo#1098420) 

v3:
* Fix executable stack on which function trampoline is constructed to support
  closure (nested function). The closure sematic is replaced.
